This is a prototype entry page to the KAIST web
cite. It represents a new approach to the web
interface problem that I hope we can make into
a KAIST trademark: simplicity, elegance and blazing
speed.
The particular picture on the left is of Maui and
therefore a joke, but point is this: the page
delivers a small number of messages, all of
which are captured by a simple, small graphic
(32k in this case).
I propose that the "message" of this page should be
bilingual campus. That calls for both Korean
and English versions of any text and only two
clickable options - one for each language.
