Hotel Information
The official hotel of the Ateneo HPAIR Union National Conference is The Great Eastern Hotel Manila. Ateneo HPAIR can book the hotel for delegates as long as they submit their registration forms on or before December 31. Details are as follows
- Hotel payments are not included in the Conference Registration Fee
- Hotel rates are priced at P350.00 per person per night
- Each hotel room will accommodate 4 delegates
- Transportation will be provided to and from Ateneo during the conference days.

Non-Metro Manila Delegates Hotel Promo
In line with our goal of having a well-represented national conference, we will be awarding 20 delegates from outside Metro Manila with free lodging for the duration of the conference in our official hotel, Great Eastern Hotel Manila. In order to select the top 20 delegates, we are holding an essay competition. The top 20 essays will be awarded two days free lodging. The topic of the essay is: What is the most pressing international relations issue facing our country and why? Details are as follows:
- It is to be submitted on or before December 17, 2007
- Those availing of the promo must have already submitted their registration forms via fax or email at ateneohpairunion0708yahoo.com.
- The essay must be no less than 200 words and no more than 400 words.
- Essay should be places in either a .pdf or Microsoft Word file.
- Essay must have the Name, Course, School and Address of the applicant.

No required number of pages for the actual paper. But you have to submit to us a 250-350-word abstract of your paper by Dec. 17. Other specific details about this can be found in the Call for Papers page.
