Registration Payment Details

For all participants, there shall be a REGISTRATION FEE of P650.00.

This fee shall cover items such as the lunch and snacks on both dates of the event, the special closing dinner, and other facility costs. Participants must indicate in their registration form the mode of payment they will be using.

P150 Discount for Advanced Payment

To avail of the P150 discount (Registration fee = P500.00), interested parties may pay individually or by group directly to the following account:

Account Number: 0410216046

Those paying in advance must e-mail ateneohpairunion0708atyahoogroups.com within 3 days of their deposit to claim a temporary online receipt. Groups/individuals should then present their deposit slips (copies provided by the bank) upon arrival at the conference in order to receive their official HPAIR receipt and enter the venue.

The advanced payment notification e-mail should contain the following:

For individual payments:

  1. Full name of the participant
  2. Total amount paid
  3. Date paid

For group payments:

  1. Name of Institution/School/Group
  2. Group Contact Person (CP)
  3. CP’s E-mail address
  4. CP’s cell phone and landline numbers
  5. Full names of all the participants
  6. Total amount paid
  7. Date paid

No required number of pages for the actual paper. But you have to submit to us a 250-350-word abstract of your paper by Dec. 17. Other specific details about this can be found in the Call for Papers page.

Hey Wen,

You can still submit your paper’s abstract til December 31, 2007. Your actual paper should be submitted before January 12.

We will also invite you to the conference yahoogroup once things have been processed. Also, please check on this website as we will be updating the confirmed delegate list by Saturday.
