1. Object of the Revision
To downwardly adjust authority to make routine decisions to the Vice President, to change the names of departments and to reorganize offices to enhance the 12th KAIST President's external affairs performance.

1. Enforcement Date: This rule is initiated from the day permission is obtained from the President.
2. Interim Measures: "Appendix 1" in Clause 5 of these Rules applies from 14 Jul 04. The revisions of "Appendix 2" apply from 23 Aug 03.
3. Other KAIST Rule Revisions:
A. In "Business Affairs Division" Chapter 8, change "International Affairs Department" to "External Affairs Department".
